12AppTester.net provides closed testing services for apps, ensuring compliance with Google Play’s 12 testers, 14-day requirement. Our service includes:
✔ 12 real testers using real devices
✔ Manual tracking of app installations for 14 days
✔ Support via Anydesk for setup assistance
✔ Production approval guidance

We do not guarantee app approval from Google Play but ensure compliance with the required testing standards.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Not use our service for illegal or unethical activities.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • All payments must be completed before testing begins.
  • Pricing varies depending on the selected plan and is listed on 12AppTester.net.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, with prior notice to existing customers.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer refunds only in cases where the test fails due to our testers.
Refunds are NOT available if:
❌ You submit incorrect or random test questions.
❌ You delete the testers’ email list before 14 days.
❌ Your app is rejected due to policy violations unrelated to our testing.

Once the service begins, cancellations are not allowed.

5. Responsibilities of the Client

By using our service, you agree to:
✅ Follow Google Play’s policies to prevent rejection.
✅ Provide accurate tester emails for closed testing.
✅ Not interfere with the testing process (e.g., removing testers before 14 days).

If the client fails to meet these responsibilities, we are not liable for any resulting issues.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:
❌ Google Play’s decision to approve or reject your app.
❌ Any changes in Google Play’s testing policies that may affect your app.
❌ Any loss of revenue or business due to app rejection.

Our role is to provide the required testers for 14 days – we do not influence Google Play’s approval process.

  • Adding testers to Google Play Console.
  • Understanding Google Play’s closed testing requirements.
  • Navigating the production application process.

Support is available via email and phone during business hours.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We do not sell, share, or misuse your data. Any emails or app information provided for testing purposes will be used exclusively for the service and deleted after completion.
